Sandra Jean Timmer

Sandra Jean Timmer, age 76, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, passed peacefully into the waiting arms of her Savior on July 2, 2023. She was a loving sister, aunt, and friend. Sandra was born November 5, 1946 in Grand Rapids to parents, Howard and Lillian (Pfeiffer) Timmer. She had a steadfast faith in the Lord and was a beautiful example to her family and friends of trusting even in the midst of difficulties. Her greatest desire was for everyone to know Jesus as their Savior. Sandra was preceded in death by her parents; her brother-in-law, John Crawley; and sister-in-law, Janice Timmer. She is lovingly remembered by her brothers, Randall (Rebecca) Timmer, Keith (Kayleen) Timmer, Brian (Diane) Timmer; sisters, Arlynn Crawley, Lanette (Mike) Bowen; 26 nieces and nephews; 41 great-nieces and nephews; and one great-great niece. A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, July 22, 2023 at Byron Center Bible Church, 8855 Byron Center Ave. SW with a luncheon to follow. Relatives and friends may meet the family one hour prior to the service at the church.
