Sandra Jean Lange-Gamble, age 74, of Grandville, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 16, 2015. Sandi was born in Grand Rapids on February 3, 1941 to Donald and Arlene (Stokkers) Lange, who preceded her in death. She graduated from South High School in 1959. She was a woman of strong faith who cherished and deeply loved her family. Sandi will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 6 years, Allen Gamble; daughters, Laura and Jon Doering, Nancy and Bill Lamb, Molly and John Moody; grandchildren, Lizzie and Natalie Doering, Jim and Ben Lamb, Anna and Jacob Moody; sister, Marlene and Larry Peasley; sister-in-law, Jean and Don Evert; many nieces, nephews, and dear cousins. According to her wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Monday at 11 am at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 1481 Baldwin St., Jenison, with Rev. Dr. Scott Sommerfeld officiating. A celebration gathering of Sandi’s life will be held prior to the service from 10-11 am. The family would like to extend special thanks to the staff of Spectrum Health Hospice for their loving care for Sandi, and also to Rev.
