Sandra Haskell

We regretfully announce the passing of Sandra Kay Haskell, of Sand Lake, on March 20, 2022. Sandra passed peacefully in her sleep. Our mother, Sandy, was one of the strongest and most loving women to ever walk this earth, and our family was honored to have her as the head of the family. She was a wonderful and caring mother who gave her all to her family. We will never be able to fill the space left behind by her. Sandy was also a devoted pet parent who cared for many dogs over the years. She loved playing games, especially Skip-Bo, and laughing with family and friends at Baptist Lake. She also had a love for fast cars and whiskey. Sandy was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Helen Haskell; and a very special cousin, Jennifer Post. She is survived by her daughter, Gina Post; son, Leonardo Maniaci; daughter, Nicolette Maniaci-Ortiz and son-in-law, Danny Ortiz; along with four grandchildren, Isabel Post, Ava Post, (Leonardo) Vincenzo Maniaci, and Vito Maniaci. Please consider a donation in Sandy’s name to The Leila and Cyrus Poppen Hospice Residence, whose excellent staff cared for her in the last days of her life.
