Sally Thi Nguyen

Sally Nguyen, age 90, of Wyoming, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, March 21, 2022. In remembrance of the matriarch of her family, Sally was blessed with many children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Known for her selflessness in providing love and guidance through her faith in our Lord, she was a woman who expressed her love through cooking and her devotion to Jesus. Although she will be missed, her family knows that if she could choose to remain here on earth or be in heaven, she would choose Jesus 100 times over. She was preceded in death by her husband, Phat Nguyen; children: Son Nguyen, Minh Nguyen, Thanh Nguyen, Huong Nguyen. She will be lovingly remembered by her children: Hai Thi Vo, Man Nguyen, Nga (Quang) Nguyen, Trang Nguyen, Tai Nguyen, Jasmine Nguyen and Loc (Phoua) Nguyen; 24 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; siblings Hong Wan Nguyen, Nhung Thi Nguyen; many nieces and nephews. Celebration of Life service will be held at 11 on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at Vietnamese United Methodist Church, 212 Bellevue St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49548, with Pastor Daniel Nguyen officiating. Relatives and friends may meet the family Thursday from 5-8pm and Friday from 10-12 or 6-8pm at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming.
