Salino Campos Castro

Salino Campos Castro, age 44, of Wyoming, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 6, 2024. Salino loved cooking and worked 25 years at the Grand Rapids Home for Veterans. He also enjoyed golfing and spending time with his family.

He will be lovingly remembered by his parents, Don and Lina Castro; girlfriend, Crystal Rahl and her children: Viola and Scarlett; brother: Pedro and Rebecca Castro and their children, Julian, Annessa, Amaya; siblings: Israel Ledesma, Sophia Medina; many aunts and uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

According to his wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held 11 a.m. on Monday, June 17, 2024 at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4646 Kalamazoo Ave. SE, Kentwood, with Rev. Rick South officiating. Burial will be held at Resurrection Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Monday from 10-11 a.m. the funeral home.
