Ronald Nordstrom Jr.

Ronald Vernon Nordstrom Jr., age 57, of Hudsonville, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, October 25, 2017. Ron proudly served his country as a Marine. He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Nordstrom Sr. and mother, Sharon Hawkins. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 18 years, Marie; children, Mike (Betsy) VanderBrink, Jamie Hall, Heather (Kyle) Mauch, Nick Nordstrom; 11 grandchildren; mother, Helen Nordstrom; sister, Vicki (Joel) Love; brother, Mike (Laura) Hawkins; grandmother, Mildred Boyd; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Al and Poldie Huf; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Jana (Denny) Gale, Debra (Mark) Owens, Joe (Tami) Huf, Cristie (Jerry) Johnston, Susie (Bruce) Kramer; many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at Hudsonville Reformed Church, 3950 Highland Dr., Hudsonville. Interment Georgetown Township Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family on Friday, November 3 from 6-9 pm at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4145 Chicago Dr. SW, Grandville, Those who wish may make memorial contributions to go to the needs of the family or Spectrum Health Hospice.
