Robert Pearson

Robert Frederick Pearson, age 90, of Grand Rapids, went home to be with his Lord on Wednesday, November 18, 2020. He was born February 23, 1930 to Walter and Lydia Pearson in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Bob was active at NorthWest Gospel Hall. He proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elaine. He will be lovingly remembered by his children: Dan and Lauri Pearson, Sam and Carla Pearson, Miriam and Brian Butler, Bob Pearson; grandchildren: Tami and Jeremy Borger, Julie Good, Luke and Dana Pearson, Nathan and Destiny Pearson, Sam II and Nicki Pearson, Paul and Emily Pearson, David and Monique Pearson, Anna and Chad Huizinga, Brian T. Butler and fiancée Elise Whitener, Lisa and Jake Medley; 27 great grandchildren. A private burial will be held at Fairplains Cemetery. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 4, 2021 at 7:00 pm at Highland Hills Baptist Church, 1415 Northrup NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504.
