Robert L. Kladder

Robert Louis Kladder, age 85 of Wyoming, went to his heavenly home on Wednesday, May 24, 2017. He was born October 2, 1931 to Peter and Jennie Kladder. He was preceded in death by his son, Stephen Kladder, and three brothers and three sisters. He will be greatly missed by his wife of 63 years, Anne Marie Kladder; children, Rachel (Rich) Harkavi, Marvin (Diane) Kladder, Matthew (Patty) Kladder, Jennifer (John ) Doornbos; grandchildren, Rebecca and Michael Harkavi, James and Joel Doornbos, Andrew Kladder, Jessica Voss; sisters-in-law, Rose Kladder, Darlene Brozovich; several nieces and nephews. Bob proudly served in U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the Roger B. Chaffee American Legion Post. Bob retired from the City of Wyoming after 39 years and enjoyed hunting, restoring antique tractors and competing in tractor pulls. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11am Wednesday, May 31 at St. John Vianney Church, 4101 Clyde Park SW. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. The family will meet relatives and friends Tuesday 4-7pm at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming with a vigil service at 6:30pm. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
