Robert Johnson

Robert Marion Johnson, age 88, of Fremont, went to be with his Lord on Monday, December 9, 2024. He was preceded in death by his wife Theresa; son, Michael Johnson; and daughter-in-law, Kathy Johnson. He will be lovingly remembered by his daughter and son-in-law, Rose and Steve Walkotten; grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Nick Walkotten (Cole), Melissa and Tony Hohman (Clementine), Leanne and Adam Hawley (Brianne, Marlee), Dan Johnson; sister, Linda Batenburg; brother-in-law, Paul Madura;  many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 13, at 11 a.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with Rev. Shawn Hulst officiating. The burial will take place at Ashland Center Cemetery. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Thursday, December 12, from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Jehovah Jireh Ministries.
