Robert Humphrey

Robert Richard Humphrey Jr., age 62, of Wyoming, passed away on Monday, February 1, 2021. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Patricia, and John. Bob will be lovingly remembered by his wife of four years, Kay Humphrey; children, Zach Humphrey, Cloie Humphrey; grandson Tidus Tagg; Bob’s twin sister, Roberta (James) Smith; sister, Cindi Brier; four stepchildren; extended family and friends. Bob retired from the U.S. Army. Bob was most proud of his running career from running with the Army and then continuing after that to almost qualifying for the Olympics. Relatives and friends may meet the family Thursday, February 4, 2021, from 5-8 p.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW. A private family graveside service will take place at Fort Custer National Cemetery. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the U.S. Army Relief Fund or the Metro Health Cancer Center.
