Robert E. Brown

Robert E. Brown, age 87, of Wyoming, went to be with his Lord on Wednesday, July 13, 2016. He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathlyn; son-in-law, James Kortman; parents, Roy and Marguerite Brown; sister, Jackie Ford; brother, Roy Brown. He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Donna (Stephen) Miller, Fred (Melinda) Brown, Diane Kortman, Robert W. Brown; grandchildren, Kevin Miller, Julie and Steve Lippner, Robert Brown, Paul Brown, Jason Brown, Luke Brown, Ryan and Jessica Kortman, Robb and Jennie Kortman, Jonathan and Jodi Kortman, Dustin and Jaclyn Brown; eight great-grandchildren; brothers, Don Brown, Dennis and Mary Brown; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Joyce Ensing, Shirley and Frank Jones, Ron Ensing; several nieces and nephews. Bob retired from Kelvinator after many years of faithful service. Funeral services will be held on Monday 11 am at Faith Community Christian Reformed Church, 5250 Byron Center SW, Wyoming, with Rev. Roger Groenboom officiating.  Interment Graceland Memorial Park.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Sunday from 5-8 pm at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW and on Monday from 10-11 am at the church prior to the service.
