Robert “Bob” Mayerhoefer

Robert “Bob” Mayerhoefer, age 88, of Moline, IL, passed away on Monday, August 26, 2019.  He is survived by his sister, Julie Roth; many nieces and nephews; and his very special friend, Phyllis DePaola.  Bob served his country in the Army and was a longtime employee of PepsiCo.  He enjoyed trips to the Amana Colonies, Wisconsin Dells, and the Mississippi Riverboats.  Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 30, 2019, at 11 a.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with Rev. Jeff Roth officiating.  Interment will be held at Grandville Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may meet the family on Friday from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.
