Richard Lee Peck Jr.

Richard Lee Peck, Jr., age 73, of Middleville, went to be with his Lord on Tuesday, July 21, 2026. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Lee Peck, Sr.; step-father, Angelo Ferrante. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of almost 48 years, Dianna; children, Richard Lee Peck III and Alicia, Susanne Peck and Branden Bruursema; grandchildren, Lacy, Rosalyn, Josie; mother, Earlene Ferrante; step-mother, Judy Peck; siblings, Ronda Fraser, Judy and Joel Hugen, Karen and Michael Hill, Sandy and Mark Stephens, Kristi and Scott Halquist, Todd  and Sara Peck, Tami and Mike Lintemuth; Dianna’s siblings, Cora Manby, Robin Cymbal, Robert Reneker, Jr. and Julia; best friends, Rick Shanahan, and Regan Lewis; many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, friends, and neighbors. Rick retired from Steelcase as a welder after many years. Rick enjoyed hunting, fishing, and racing cars with his son, Rick. He is still very close with his high school friends, especially those on the 1971 Kelloggsville High School OK Blue undefeated championship football team. These past few years his greatest joy was spending time at home with his wife and family and puttering in the lawn, riding on his John Deere tractor, and hanging out in his pole barn. Funeral services will be held 11 am, Monday July 27, 2026 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 8436 Kraft Ave., Caledonia, with Pastor Benjamin Meyer officiating. Burial will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Relatives and friends may meet the family Sunday, July 26 from 4-6pm at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 616 E.
