Richard James McCracken

Richard James McCracken, aged 64 of Grand Rapids, passed away on Monday, May 2, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bernard and Mary (Gabus) McCracken. He is survived by his sisters, Mary (Arthur) Kroon, Martha (Steve) Westdorp; and nieces, Amy Kroon (Philip) Mitchell, Kristen Kroon and fiancé, Mitch Spence; grand-niece, Ashley Mitchell. Richard was a cheerful, little guy, “Crackers”, as he was called, had a sweet demeanor and playful interactions, that always had you “cracking up.” “Crackers McCracken, we love you!” Funeral services will be held 2 pm, Friday at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming, with Pastor Rev. Thomas P. Page presiding. A time of visitation with his family will be Friday 1:30 pm until the time of the service.
