Raymond A. Jingles

Raymond A. Jingles, age 81, of Hudsonville, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, April 13, 2015.  He was preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Sena (Faber) Jingles; and brothers, Gene Jingles and Marv Jingles.  He is survived by his wife, Mary (VerHill) Jingles; children, Larry and Pam Jingles, Ron and Marcia Jingles, Sandra Jingles, Barbara Jingles; 4 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; stepchildren, Douglas and Linda VerHill, Dawn and Jeff Owen, Debra and Ralph Luimes, Dan and Deb VerHill; 14 step grandchildren; 3 step great grandchildren.  Ray was a Korean War Veteran, serving his country in the Army.  He was active in the Institute of Management Accountants, serving as president of The Grand Rapids Chapter.  Ray also volunteered for Hospice in Florida and in Michigan. Funeral services will be held on Thursday 11 AM at Jenison Bible Church, 6360 14^th Avenue, Hudsonville with Rev. Stephen LeBar and Rev. Lee Buer officiating.  Interment at Kent Memorial Gardens.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Drive SW and Thursday from 10-10:45 AM at the church prior to the service.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Love INC, Jenison Bible Church – Building Fund, or Gideons International.
