Randolph “Rudy” Klawiter, age 57, of Hudsonville, passed away on Monday, October 9, 2017. Rudy was a fun loving and happy dad, grandpa, son, brother, and uncle who cherished his family. He loved the outdoors, especially fishing, and was an avid University of Michigan fan. He was preceded in death by his father, Rudolph Klawiter, his grandparents, Julius and Cornelia Jaarda, Carl and Claudia Klawiter, and his beloved dog, Lucy. He will be lovingly remembered by his mother Diane (Howard) Brower, son, Cody (Julia) Klawiter, his grandchildren, Rudy, David, Dakota, and Ava; sister, Linda (Bruce) Brevitz; brother, Jeff (Deb) Klawiter; nieces and nephews, Sarah and Joe Klawiter, Nick and Carrie Brevitz; step children, Luke, Peter, Bridgette, and Fred; many loving aunts, uncles, cousins; lifelong friends, Ray, and Rahn Bentley. A gathering to celebrate Randy’s life will be held Saturday, October 14, 2017 from 3-6 pm in the Memories Fellowship Room at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW.
