Ralph W. Bronkema

Chaplain Lt. Colonel Ralph Waldon Bronkema, age 88, of Satellite Beach Florida, passed away on Monday, July 30, 2018. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Ethel Louise; parents, Rev. Ralph and Ella Bronkema; sisters, Lois Siebersma and Bette Lou Hibma. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Annette Cooke; children, Randall Bronkema, Thomas and Krissy Bronkema, Pamela and Dan Gannon, Joseph and Lisa Bronkema; 9 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; sister, Rosalie Rosenfeld; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 15, 2018, at Brookside Christian Reformed Church, 3600 Kalamazoo Avenue SE, Grand Rapids, with Rev. Paul DeVries officiating. Interment Arlington National Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Wednesday one hour prior to the service at the church.
