Ralph Henry Lettinga

Ralph Henry Lettinga, age 86, of Wayland, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 19, 2023. Ralph was a lifelong dairy farmer and cattle broker at his family’s farm. He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, June; brothers, Theodore Lettinga, Wilbur Lettinga. He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Kevin and Debra L. Lettinga, Ken and Debra J. Lettinga, Stephanie and Darryl Helmholdt; grandchildren, Ashley and Chris House, Aubrey and Josh Van Laan, Austin and Julianne Lettinga, Alexa and Bill Klunder, Vanessa Lalone, August Lettinga, Ryan and Tiffany Lettinga, Nicole and Eric Buys, Derrek and Treasure Helmholdt, Keith Helmholdt; 25 great grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Vern and Pat Lettinga; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Ellie Lettinga, Ellen and Ron Sabin, Jim Stringham; many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 11 am Wednesday, October 25 at Friendship Christian Reformed Church, 190 100th St. SE, Byron Center, with Rev. Cal Compagner officiating. Burial will be held at Elmwood Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Tuesday from 4-8 pm at the church (please use door A). Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Moline Christian School.
