Queen Jenette Folkringa

Queen Jenette Folkringa, age 48, of Belmont, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, February 23, 2024. Queen was a dedicated wife and mother. She loved life and was very involved in her church, a tireless volunteer at Chandler Woods Charter Academy, and numerous other organizations throughout her community. For many years she worked as a dental hygienist. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Chad Folkringa; son,Jordan; daughter, Emma; her parents, Ron and Patti Silverman; her siblings, Aug and Mindy Silverman, Sam and Chrissy Silverman, Sarah McConnaughy and fiance Blake McDaniel; father-in-law, and mother-in-law, Peter and Kim Folkringa; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Jacob and Brooke Folkringa, Karianne and Justin Beene, Joshua (Chum) and Tonya Folkringa, Jared and Amanda Folkringa; grandmother, Mary Folkringa; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 1, at 12 pm at Frontline Community Church, 4411 Plainfield Ave NE, Grand Rapids, with Pastor Brian Bloom officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 29, at MKD Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 1601 Post Drive NE, Belmont, MI from 4 to 8 pm.
