Phyllis Moylan

Phyllis Moylan age 94, of Grand Rapids, passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2015.  She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Howard Moylan; son-in-law: John Lee Ten Hopen: 1 sister and 1 brother. She is survived by her children, Robert A. (Dayle) Moylan, Patricia Ten Hopen; grandchildren: John R. (Lori) Ten Hopen, Melissa (Timothy) Babb, Dawn (Sean) Collins, Robert P. (Sara) Moylan, Daniel P. (Emily) Moylan, Shannon Moylan, Meghan (Daniel) Debski, Thomas P. Moylan; 21 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 3, 2015 11:00 am at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4646 Kalamazoo Ave., SE, Kentwood with Pastor Emily Werner officiating.  Relatives and friends may meet the family 1-hour prior to the funeral service at the funeral home. Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
