Phillip Clyde Mapson

Phillip Mapson, age 65, of Wyoming, passed away on Thursday, August 10, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents; Gerald and Doris Mapson. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 40 years, Deborah; daughter, Lisa deBres; grandchildren; Daisy Stevens, Joliet, Ellie, Tristin and Deagan deBres; sisters Diane Elder, Peggy (Tom) Hanson, Geraldine Brillo; one brother, Howard. Phil served in the United States Marine Corp during the Vietnam War.  He was a talented woodworker and loved to play bingo, paint and create various crafts. He loved his grandchildren and thoroughly enjoyed being “grandpa.” In accordance with Phillip’s wishes, cremation has taken place, with a memorial service to be held at a later date.
