
Philip Andrew Kuiper, age 84, of Hudsonville, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Saturday, October 15, 2022. He was a quality craftsman and builder of residential homes during his life. He enjoyed woodworking and tending cattle on his past hobby farm. Most of all, he was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 61 years, Norma; children: Daniel Lee and Karla Kuiper, David Lee and Dawn Kuiper, Douglas Lee and Nancy Kuiper; grandchildren: Brian Lee and Merari Kuiper, Allison Rose Kuiper, Victoria Lynn Kuiper, Cassandra Amber Devinney, Chantal Marie Kuiper, Elise Nichole Kuiper, Isaac Lee Kuiper, De’Airs Lee Kuiper; great-grandchildren: Brandon, Kody, Jazmyn, Doniven, Kaelah, Kylie, Madison; brother and sister, John Jr. and Delores Kuiper, Mary Gilligan; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Pauline Sprik, Joe Veldheer; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arend and Bernice Kuiper; sisters, Annette Hiedema, Connie Timmerman. A private burial will be held at Georgetown Township Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at Cornerstone United Reformed Church, 6442 36th Ave., Hudsonville, with Rev. James Admiraal officiating. Relatives and friends may meet the family from 1-2 prior to the service.
