Paul Sam Cipponeri

Paul Sam Cipponeri, age 87, of Wayland, passed away at home on Thursday, January 17, 2019.  He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 30 years, Jerri; children: Pete Cipponeri, Steve Cipponeri, Paul Cipponeri Jr., Rich (Josina) VanEss, Shawn (Shawn) Lenger; grandchildren: Elizabeth (Cody) Bush, Casey VanEss, Dalton VanEss, Forrest Stoffers, Bradley Stoffers; sister, Anne Gerritson; brother-in-law, Gary (Gloria) Yeomans; many nieces and nephews.    He was preceded in death by his 2 brothers and one sister.  Paul proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.  He was a loving husband, dad and grandfather.  Paul retired after 32 years from Kent Companies.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday at Sts. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church, 159 131st Ave. Wayland.  Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Thursday one hour prior to the service at the church.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Grand Rapids Home for Veterans.
