Patsy Jamieson

Patsy Ann Jamieson, age 82, of Wyoming, passed away quietly and comfortably into God’s care surrounded by her family on Tuesday, May 14, 2019, after a courageous battle with melanoma.  She is survived by her life partner, Jack Warmelink and his family. She will also be lovingly remembered by her children: Peggy (Randy) Jansma, Sally (Jerry) Yugovich, Bill (Cindy) Jamieson, Patty (Tom) Hudson; grandchildren: Tyler (Hannah) Jansma, Holly Jansma, Jerry (Nicole) Yugovich, Sarah (Brandon) LaFrance, Molly Yugovich, Matt (Jennifer) Jamieson, Cory (Katelynd) Jamieson, Shelby (Jon) Jamieson, Jenna (Luke) Jamieson, Brendon (Brooke) Hudson, Josh Hudson, Meg Hudson; great grandchildren: Levi, Ruby, Clara, Lando, JoJo, Lincoln; sister, Jo-Anne Cook; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Donnie Bowen. Patsy was the perfect model of unconditional love and devotion, always there for her family and friends. She was an avid golfer after retiring from GM. She loved sewing (made all grandkids a t-shirt quilt for their high school graduation, which they cherish), loved time with family, ice cream, activities with the Red Hat Society, and was a true matriarch for her family. According to her wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday, May 23 from 9 to 10:30 am with a Memorial Service at 10:30 am at South Harbor Church, 1907 64th St. SW, Byron Center, with Rev. Tim Wilson officiating. A luncheon will follow the service. Private burial at SS. Cyril & Methodius Cemetery. Those who wish to make a donation may make memorial contributions to South Harbor Church.
