Beatrice Weaver

Beatrice Anne Weaver, age 99, went to be with her Lord early morning Tuesday, July 14, 2026. Bea was a charter member of  Plymouth Heights Christian Reformed Church. She loved her church community dearly. She was a big fan of the Detroit Tigers and enjoyed watching games with family and friends. Bea, even at 99 years when asked about what was important to her, she replied, “living life with a purpose”. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of sixty years, Marvin Weaver; son-in-law, Irvin Timm; and great-grandson, Rafe Knoper. Beatrice was the last remaining sibling in the Visser and Weaver families. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandma, great-grandma, and great-great-grandma and will be lovingly remembered by her children, Harold and Joyce Weaver, Bill and Carole Weaver, Chuck and Joyce Weaver, JoAnne Timm; her grandchildren, David and Marci Weaver, Laura Weaver, Alisha and Gregg Mulder, Nate and Elissa Weaver, Adam Weaver, Jordan and Natalie Weaver, Charlie Weaver, Ben and Mallory Weaver, Melissa and Travis Knoper, Seth and Morgan Weaver, and Ashley and Dan Stoepker; 33 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside  service will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday, July 16 at Woodlawn Cemetery, 2530 Kalamazoo Ave SE, Grand Rapids with her grandson, Chaplain Lt. David Weaver officiating.
