Ormand “Orm” G. Vining

Ormand “Orm” George Vining, age 91 of Wyoming, passed away Monday, May 22, 2017. He was preceded in death by his wives, Dena Evers Vining and Marcella Van Fossen Vining and his siblings, Doug, Len, Hazel, Bill. He is survived by his brothers, Donald Vining, Aubrey Vining; in-laws, Betty Vining (Len’s wife) and Betty Vining (Bill’s wife); many nieces and nephews. Orm retired from the City of Wyoming, where he was known as “Chief”. Funeral services will be held 1:00pm Tuesday, May 30 at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming, with Rev. Mark Bergsma officiating. Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.  A time of visitation will be Tuesday 11am-1pm at the funeral home prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Spectrum Health Hospice.
