Nancy Lynn Cramer passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 18, at 8:50 a.m., surrounded by her family at Faith Hospice Trillium Woods in Byron Center.

Nancy was a woman who loved deeply and lived fully. She found joy in life’s simple, beautiful moments. She loved losing herself in a fabulous book, delighted in the gentle symbolism of butterflies, and enjoyed sunshine and the beauty of nature. Italy held a special place in her heart—a country she was fortunate to visit twice and cherish deeply.

A lasting part of Nancy’s legacy is Teal Tootsies, an organization she founded to provide care packages for women experiencing neuropathy from chemotherapy during ovarian cancer treatment. Through this work, Nancy offered comfort, compassion, and genuine care to many, reflecting her generous spirit and deep desire to help others.

Above all, Nancy’s greatest love was her family. She is survived by her devoted husband, Brian; her daughter, Amy, and beloved grandson, Grayson; her son, Mark, and his husband, Andrew; her loving mother, Judy; and her siblings, Jim and Diane. Nancy’s warmth, kindness, and generous heart touched all who knew her. Her love will continue to live on in those she leaves behind. She will be remembered for her compassion, her strength, and the way she made others feel loved. Her presence was a gift, and her memory will be treasured always.

The family will hold a private gathering to celebrate Nancy’s life at a later date. If one wishes, a memorial contribution may be made to Sharsheret.
