Naida Boelema

Naida Boelema, age 83, of Jenison, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 26, 2022. Naida enjoyed traveling, scrapbooking, reading, flower gardening, and volunteering with Right to Life. She was preceded in death by her brothers, John Staal and David Staal. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 60 years, Jack Boelema; children, Anne and Jim Brouwer, Ted and Betsy Boelema, Bill Boelema; grandchildren, Adalynn, Samuel, Joseph, and Jacob Brouwer; sister-in-law, Sharon Staal; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with Rev. Hank Vlaardingerbroek officiating. The burial will take place at Felch Street Cemetery in Zeeland. Relatives and friends may meet the family Thursday from 10-10:45 a.m. at the funeral home prior to the service. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Right to Life of Michigan.
