Moises Juarez

Moises Juarez Mancilla, age 70, of Allendale, was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, October 25, 2021. He was preceded in death by his parents, Agustin and Lugarda Juarez; brothers and sister, Flaviano Juarez, Antonio Juarez, Guadalupe Juarez; godson, Justin Juarez; and nephew, Leyveli Juarez. Moises was a loving husband, dad, and grandpa who dearly loved his family. He was blessed with a great sense of humor and had a contagious personality that could light up a room. As a sports enthusiast, he enjoyed boxing, soccer, and rodeos. Moises truly loved people and was always the life of the party. Many knew him for his famous Carnitas that he would make for his friends and family. He was kind and giving and had a servant’s heart. His huge heart will be missed by so many. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 43 years, Carmen; children, Jessica Contreras, Elia Sandra Juarez, Edith Juarez, Gloria Juarez; grandchildren, Justine Martinez, Mireya Becerra, Jayvion Canales, Jeremiah Canales, Vianey Campos, Isela Campos, Iliana Flores; siblings, Samuel Juarez, Ernesto Juarez, Ana Juarez, Filemon Juarez, Ruben Juarez, Alicia Juarez, Gloria Juarez, Agustin Juarez; many nieces, nephews, and cousins; and dear friends. A funeral mass will be held on Friday, October 29, 2021, at 2 p.m. at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 171 W 13th St., Holland, with Fr. Charlie Brown presiding. The burial will be held at Robinson Township Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Thursday, October 28, 2021, from 5-8 p.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf, 6651 Scott St., Allendale.
