Mildred “Millie” Wing

Mildred “Millie” Wing, age 76, of Jenison, passed away peacefully and went to be with her Lord and Savior with family by her side on Monday, May 5, 2025. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, whose life was defined by love and selflessness. With a true servant's heart, she touched countless lives through her compassion. Millie’s legacy of love and service continues to live on in her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gerald and Dorothy Scharphorn, and sister, Mary Scharphorn. Millie will be lovingly remembered by her children, Renee Havens, Shelia and Bruce Hoeker, Christina and Steve Lehmann, David Wing; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; brother, Garry Scharphorn; and several nieces and nephews. Burial will take place at Egelston Township Cemetery.
