Mildred Fewless-Salomon

Mildred “Millie” Eileen Fewless-Salomon, age 89, formerly of The Villages, FL, went to be home with her Lord on Tuesday, October 13, 2020.  She was born on September 3, 1931, in Petoskey, MI, to Roscoe and Mildred (Ouderkirk) Lanning. Millie was a child of God and a faithful servant of Christ. Her life verse was Galatians 2:20. She is lovingly remembered by her children: Nancy (Jon) Fitzgerald, Robert (Carol) Fewless, Terry (Amy) Fewless, Kathy (John) Tytla, Michael (Laurie) Fewless, Timothy (Angie) Fewless; 22 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Leland Keith (Viola) Lanning.  Millie was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Robert E. Fewless and subsequently husband of 12 years, Erwin J. Salomon; granddaughter, Nicole Eileen Fewless; sister, Jean Lanning; brother, Elmer Lanning; sister-in-law, Jo Lanning. A private service will be held Monday, October 26, 2020 at MKD Funeral Home. Burial will be at Rosedale Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Millie’s honor to Wycliffe Bible Translators USA (www.wycliffe.org).
