Michael Hauser

Michael Hauser, age 80, of Grand Rapids, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 9, 2026. Mike retired from the United States Post Office after 20 years. He was an active participant in his children’s lives. Mike was a jokester who will be remembered for his sense of humor. He also enjoyed writing poems and sharing them with family.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Norbert and Marion Hauser; brother, Norbert Hauser; and sister, Sharon Joswick. He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Tonia Hauser (Javi Calderon), and Craig Hauser (Toshia); grandchildren, Tristan and Cole Hauser; and ex-spouse Janet Hauser. 

According to his wishes, cremation has taken place and burial will take place at Fort Custer National Cemetery.
