Mercedes Romero

Mercedes Romero, age 84, of Jenison, went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 27, 2015. She will be greatly missed by her husband of 59 years, Domingo; sons, Ariel (Debra) Romero, Omar (Sherry) Romero; 8 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; brother-in-law, Eliezer (Orlinda) Romero; and sister-in-law, Elizabeth Romero. Funeral services will be held on Monday 11:00 AM at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Drive SW with Rev. Josh Benton officiating. Interment at Georgetown Township Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the funeral home. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Faith Hospice – Trillium Woods.
