Mary Ann Jacokes

Mary Ann Jacokes, age 83, of Grand Rapids went to be with her Lord on December 10, 2025. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Mary Jacokes; brother and sister-in-law, Dr. Lee and Francene Jacokes. Mary Ann will be lovingly remembered by her family, Renee and Vic Mancini, Jeannine Jacokes and Dave Powell, Kim and Mark Bintz; and great-nieces and nephew, Cora, Nicholas, Megan, Kara, Monica, Alexandra, Mark, Jr., Madison, and Morgan. Mary Ann had a sweet, happy, loving demeanor and she will be dearly missed. The family would like to thank the community of Mt. Mercy for the friendship and support they provided to Mary Ann, and a special thank you to Sr. Barbara Hansen for her loving support throughout the years. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm on Monday, December 15, 2025, at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with Fr. Peter Vu officiating. Burial will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Monday from 1 PM until the time of the service at the funeral home.
