Marvin A. Dorsten

Marvin A. Dorsten, age 84, of Caledonia, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at home. Marv always had a big smile on his face. He enjoyed golfing, and most of all, spending time with his family. His faith also meant a lot to him. He proudly served in the U.S. Marines. He retired from Meijer after many years in the corporate office. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 57 years, Mary Jo; children: Lori Dorsten, Thomas Dorsten; grandchildren: Keagen and Kennedy; brother, James (Ruth) Dorsten; brother-in-law, Michael (Carla) Corrigan; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Victor and Justina Dorsten; sister, Patricia (Virgil) Behr; parents-in-law, Joe and Margaret Corrigan. Memorial services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, February 27, 2021 at Holy Family Church, 9669 Kraft SE, Caledonia, with Rev. Phil Shangraw, celebrant. (A recording of the service may be viewed at www.mkdfuneralhome.com the following day). Relatives and friends may meet the family from 10-11 a.m. Saturday at the church. Burial will take place at Mt.
