Martin Conrad

Martin “Marty” Conrad, age 88, of Jenison, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 5, 2022. He was preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Barbara; daughter, Terri; great-grandson, Dominic; and his beloved dog, Buddy. He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Linda and Garth Austin, Mike Conrad; grandchildren, Teresa (Adam) Howe, Courtney Austin, Brent (Marcy) Austin, Jessica Conrad, Allie (Jordan) Heeres (who Marty and Barbara raised since Allie was 9 years old), Cheyenne DeVoss; and many great-grandchildren. A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, December 9, 2022, from 2-4 p.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to The Parkinson’s Foundation.
