Marjorie De Young

​Marjorie DeYoung, age 90, of Grand Rapids, was called home to her Lord and Savior on Sunday, February 14, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband, Neal; and grandson, Calvin Dykstra. She will be dearly missed by children, Kathy Dykstra, Kenric and Renee De Young; grandchildren, Charles and Carrie, Dana, and William; great-granddaughters, Charlotte and Catherine. Marge graduated from Calvin College and spent more than 35 years teaching, with kindergarteners being her favorite. She was a loving wife and mother who enjoyed baking, knitting, traveling, and volunteering. She took special joy in her role as grandma and great-grandma. No services are planned at this time. Burial Winchester Cemetery.
