Maria Josephine Salamone

Maria Josephine Salamone, age 82, of Caledonia, passed away unexpectedly and went home to be with her Lord on Sunday, January 21, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marco; her son, Joseph; a grandson, Michael. She will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Michael and Pamela Salamone, Peter and Melanie Salamone; grandchildren, Tina, Lesa, Joey, Stephanie, Tony, Josh, Nicholas and Colin; great grandchildren, Kaylin, Tyler, Gabby, Olivia, Mason, Bennett; a sister, Carmen Verastegui; plus many other relatives in Mexico. Funeral services will be held 11 am Friday, January 26, at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Kentwood) 4646 Kalamazoo Ave. SE with Fr. Pat Grile officiating.  Interment Resurrection Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Friday from 10 to 11 am at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Kentwood) 4646 Kalamazoo Ave. SE.
