Margaret Laura Heintz

Margaret Laura Heintz, (Tolan) age 97, of Byron Center passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, May 6, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis and 5 brothers. She will be lovingly remembered by her 11 children, Barry (Gloria) Heintz, Clare (Kathy) Heintz, Lois (Stan) Oxender, Beverly (David) Cutler, Jon Heintz, David Heintz, Linda (Scott) Benjamin. Dale (Sue) Heintz, Janet (Dale) Burgess, Jim (Tina) Heintz, Steve (Roxy) Heintz; 24 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Dorothy Tolan and Shirley Tolan. Margaret was raised in the Caledonia area where she raised her 11 children with her husband, Louis, who preceded her in death in 1989. Private family funeral services will be held at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 616 E. Main St. SE, Caledonia. Burial Lakeside Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the funeral home. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Wounded Warrior Project.
