Marcia Lynn Handlogten

Marcia Lynn Handlogten, aged 78, of Caledonia was called to her heavenly home Tuesday, July 30, 2024. Marcia lived her life with Christ as the head of it. She had a heart of compassion, love for music, her house was always open and cupboards always full. She was devoted to her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, loving them all wholeheartedly. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Handlogten; daughter, Julie Kuhl; parents, Louis & Wilma Mulder; brother, Robert Mulder; sisters, Merrie Bannink & Judy De Jong; father & mother-in-law, Ben & Alice Handlogten. Marcia is survived by her children, Joy (Paul) Daverman, Michael (Sally) Handlogten, Benjamin (Danielle) Handlogten, Holli Soo Handlogten; son-in-law, Jeff Kuhl; grandchildren, Justin (Lindsey) Kuhl, Jordan Kuhl, Katelyn Kuhl, Jayden Kuhl, Kylie Kuhl, Josiah (Brianna) Daverman, Sasha Daverman, Caleb (Miah) Handlogten, Sarah Handlogten, Abigail Handlogten, Hailey (Zachary) Brandvold, Mia Handlogten, Micah Handlogten; great grandchildren, Easton, Kase & Tyler Kuhl; sister, Delores Thayer; brothers, David (Jane) Mulder, Paul (Sheryl) Mulder; brothers-in-law, Jack Bannink, Rich (Chris) De Jong; along with many nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation with the family will be held from 10 -11 am Friday, August 9, 2024, at Caledonia Christian Reformed Church, 9957 Cherry Valley Ave. SE, Caledonia. Memorial service will begin the same day at 11 am with Pastor Scott Greenway officiating. Reception to directly follow.
