Marcia Baker

Marcia Baker, age 78, of Jenison, moved to her eternal home on Friday, December 13, 2024. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Sue and Jim Morsink, Mark and Jody Baker; grandchildren, Kyle and Deepali Morsink, Brad Morsink, Laura and Tyler DeVries, Miya Baker, Gavin Baker; brother, Vern DeVries; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Albert and Dawn Baker; and extended family and friends. The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the kind staff of Corewell Health Hospice, Sunset Manor, and Cambridge Manor for the tender and loving care they gave to Marcia over the years. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Lewis; and her brother Ken DeVries. A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 20, at 3 p.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW. The burial will take place at Georgetown Township Cemetery. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Friday from 1-3 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Sunset Legacy Foundation.
