Mabel Fern Lampen

Lampen, Mabel Fern Mabel Fern Lampen, age 99, of Grandville, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, December 9, 2014.   She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert and many brothers and sisters.  She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Sandy and Jay Vander Laan of Jenison; grandchildren, Daniel Vander Laan of KY, David and Amy Vander Laan of Wyoming, Jodi Vander Laan of Jenison; 3 great grandchildren, Bryce, Samantha, and Mitchell Vander Laan; sisters-in-law, Lucy Marshall, Wilma Lampen; many nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday 12 pm at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW. with Pastor Doug Wood officiating.  Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Friday from 6-8 pm at the funeral home and on Saturday one hour prior to the service.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Faith Hospice.
