Lois Veldink

Lois Ann (Berkenpas) Veldink, age 82, of Jenison, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, December 23, 2020. Lois was a lifelong musician who shared her talent with many soloists, choirs, and churches. She started on piano at age four and church organ by age fifteen. She was preceded in death by her son, Richard. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 61 years, Gordon; her children, Gary and Judy Veldink, Jim and Karla Veldink, Sandy and Dan Helms; 10 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Ruth Veldink, Larry and Ginny Veldink, Joan and Paul Huyser, Betty and Ron VandenBerg; many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 28, at 1:00 p.m. at Bethel United Reformed Church, 8360 Cottonwood Dr., Jenison, with Pastor Don Van Slyke officiating. The service will be live streamed on the church website at https://www.betheljenison.com/watch. Burial Georgetown Township Cemetery.
