Orlene Kuieck-Porte

Orlene Kuieck-Porte, age 90, of Grand Rapids, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, July 26, 2026. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Chuck; daughter, Mary Kay and Tom Vanden Toorn; daughter-in-law, Joni Kuieck; grandchildren, Peter and Jacqui Vanden Toorn, Matthew and Jennifer Vanden Toorn, Benjamin Vanden Toorn and his fiancée, Courltand Hanson, Stephanie and Josh Walker, Samantha and Cassie Taylor, Ashleigh Kuieck; several great-grandchildren; brother, Paul and Marcia Vander Klok; and several nieces. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Steve Kuieck Jr.; son, Steven Kuieck; and sister and brother-in-law, Ardeth and Ron Bosman. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with Rev. Tim Meendering officiating. The burial will take place at Garfield Park Cemetery. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Tuesday from 10-11 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
