Lois L. Harrington

Lois Lavon Harrington, age 84, of Wyoming, went to be with her Lord on Friday, December 14, 2018. Lois will be lovingly remembered by her sons and daughter-in-law, Greg and Ranee Harrington, Randy Harrington; grandchildren, Dylan Harrington, Emily Harrington, Dawson Harrington, Bethanie and Brad Gordon, Corey Harrington; great-grandson, Travis; extended family and friends.  Lois graduated from Anderson University with a Bachelor’s of Music degree and earned her Masters degree from Ball State University.  Lois was a long-time member of Sunset Park Church of God where she served in many capacities such as choir director and was very involved in the church’s music programs.   Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at 11 am at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with Rev. Mike Simmons officiating.  Interment Rosedale Memorial Park.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Monday, December 17, from 5-8 pm at the funeral home.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Alzheimer’s Association.
