Lloyd Winton Fisher, age 95, of Grandville, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 14, 2026. He was preceded in death by his wife of 71 years, Dorothy; parents; brothers, Jack Fisher, and Jim Perkins. Lloyd will be lovingly remembered by his children, Becky (Donald) Brower, Peggy (Lee) Shull, Lloyd M. (Christine) Fisher; four grandchildren: Robby (Candice) Walter, Ryan (Jennifer) Walter, Scott (Sarah) Brower, Brandon Fisher; 14 great-grandchildren; sister, Janet (Bob) Kenny of Manistee; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Lloyd proudly served in the US Army serving in Panama and Greenland in the 1950’s. Lloyd liked spending his time golfing, and bowling in his younger years. He found fulfillment in helping others by driving a bus for Georgetown Seniors taking people to their medical appointments and he met for years with his friends over coffee at the Rainbow Grill. Lloyd was a member of Grandville United Methodist Church and he and Dorothy enjoyed traveling around the U.S. in their RV. He was kind, compassionate, and full of wisdom and he will be deeply missed. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW. Burial will take place at Lakeside Cemetery. Relatives and friends may visit with the family Wednesday from 10-10:45 am at the funeral home prior to the service.
