Lan P. Chim

Lan Phoi Chim, age 85, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Monday, July 24, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband, Khinh Sinh Ly. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Lien Bich Ly (Hwa Shih Yu), Tho Quan Ly (Ngo Bao Tram), Ngoc Bich Ly (Vinh Truong), An The Ly (Yen Hai Ly), Shelly Ly, Hollie Ly; adopted son, Michael Su (Ai Van); 11 grandsons; 7 granddaughters; 2 great grandsons; 2 great granddaughters; brother, Va Mung Chim (Tin Thi Bach); and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may meet the family Tuesday from 12 - 3 and 5 - 8 pm and on Wednesday from 12 - 3 and 5 - 8 pm at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Kentwood) 4646 Kalamazoo Ave SE.  Buddhist Funeral Ceremonies will be held on Thursday, August 3, 2017 at 9:30 - 11:30 am at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Kentwood).
