Kristie Harris

Kristie Lee (Kris) Harris, age 57, of Jenison, passed away on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, after her battle with cancer. She was born on June 27, 1966, in Cadillac, the daughter of the late Kathryn (Revoir) Oleniczak. She was a graduate of Manistee High School Class of 1984. She married David Allen (Dave) Harris Sr. on September 30, 2005, aboard the Grand Lady Riverboat. An insurance account manager, who enjoyed searching for lighthouses, scrapbooking, and antiquing. She is survived by her husband, Dave Harris Sr; two daughters, two sons and a daughter-in-law, Leslie and Viktoria, David Jr., Randy and Cara; ten grandchildren, Jadon, Jozilyn, Amber, and Gabe Foreman, Bryson, Corey, Lexxington, Brennley, Kenzington, Paxton; and a grandson on the way; sister and brother-in-law, Marcia and Mark Piersma; four nieces and nephews, Tyler and Emily Piersma, Laramie, Brooklyn; one great-nephew, Graylon Piersma; four great-aunts, Joyce Marsh, Linda Cooper, June Schommer, and Rose McDonald; and many cousins. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2023, at 3 p.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW. Relatives and friends may meet the family on Saturday from 2-3 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.
