Kimberly VanCamp

Kimberly Ann (Koster) VanCamp went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on September 3, 2025, at the age of 68. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis, and father, Leslie Koster. Kim is survived by her mother, Joan Koster; brother, Douglas (Vicki) Koster; niece, Meghan (Scott) Stachowski; nephews, Nicholas Koster and Nathan Koster; great nephew, Luca Stachowski; and great niece, Mila Stachowski. Kim was a member of First Reformed Church in Grandville. She attended Ferris State University and Genesee School for the Blind. She was employed at Sentry Insurance as a claims specialist before spending 20 years with the Kent County Sheriff’s Department as a records transcriber. Kim was a member of Visually Impaired Persons for Progress and the American Council of the Blind. She enjoyed attending NASCAR events with her husband, traveling to Florida with her friend, Debbie, and spending time at the cottage with her friends. She was an avid reader and was very knowledgeable about the British Monarchy. The family would like to thank Trinity Health, Interim Hospice, and Sheldon Meadows Assisted Living for their loving care and support. A private family graveside service will be held.
