Kevin Lee McNeil

McNeil, Kevin Lee Kevin Lee McNeil, age 35, of Grand Rapids, passed away unexpectedly in Ypsilanti on Saturday, July 26, 2014. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Neil and Anna DeVos, Dale and Alice McNeil. Surviving are his parents, Mark and Nancy McNeil; brothers, Mike (Becky), David (Tammy); sister, Marcy; several aunts and uncles, numerous nieces, nephews; his cousin and best friend, Bobby Bessey and many other cousins. He will be sadly missed by his friends, George, Tommy, Echo, Bill, Aaron, Joe Nowak, and Andy. Kevin was devoted to helping people as a respiratory therapist working at St. Joseph Hospital in Ypsilanti and other Ann Arbor area hospitals.  Children had a special place in Kevin’s heart and he strived to help them live healthy lives. There will be no visitation or services at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF).
